Enquiries and student information

The enquiry form asks for a parent or guardian’s name, contact number, class, board, subject and preferred mode. Teachers use this information to respond and discuss a suitable batch. Please do not include sensitive personal or medical information in the message.

Private learning records

Student records, attendance, fee records, test answers and teacher materials are kept behind account access. Students can access only the tests assigned to them and their own attempts.

AI-assisted question extraction

If enabled, a teacher can explicitly send selected book-page photographs to OpenAI to extract draft questions. This workflow is for teaching material, not student photographs or personal records. Extracted questions require teacher review before approval.

Student photographs and achievements

Achievement cards remain private unless a teacher records guardian permission, verifies the details and chooses to publish them. Contact the centre to request a correction or removal.

Cookies and external services

The website uses essential session and security cookies. No advertising or analytics tracking is included in this version. Opening WhatsApp takes you to a separate service subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
